YotaLED.com does not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice - this includes modifying and/or cancelling your order as necessary.

4. Vehicle Compatibility

Many products sold by YotaLED.com are intended for specific vehicle makes, models, and model years.

Compatibility information is provided for convenience only.

Customers remain solely responsible for verifying compatibility before ordering and before installation.

Vehicle modifications, trim levels, aftermarket equipment, regional vehicle variations, and manufacturer production changes may affect compatibility.

Vehicle locations also can determine compatibility, please inquire directly should there be doubt.

5. Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by YotaLED.com.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order.
  • Cancel any order.
  • Limit quantities.
  • Verify payment information.
  • Request additional information before shipment.

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Despite our efforts, pricing or typographical errors may occur.

If a pricing error is discovered before shipment, YotaLED.com may:

  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund; or
  • Contact the customer with the option to purchase at the correct price.

We are under no obligation to honor obvious pricing mistakes.

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time an order is placed.  If there is a delay to fulfillment, you will be given the option to accept a discount if/when possible or hold order to insure your place in line is not lost.

We accept payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment authorization cannot be obtained.

8. Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. We do not control shipping company delivery time frames, they are estimates at best. When possible, we will use trackable means but some companies may have delays in tracking updates. Once an item has a label generated for it, it is likely to ship within 24/48 hours of creation.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address or as otherwise provided by applicable law.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Warranty

Warranty coverage is governed exclusively by YotaLED.com's Warranty Policy.

Except as expressly stated in the applicable warranty, products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Installation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, YotaLED.com does not provide installation services.

Professional installation is recommended for many automotive electrical products.

Customers assume all risks associated with installation.

Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions is not covered under any warranty.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on YotaLED.com, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, software, product descriptions, and website design, is owned by or licensed to YotaLED.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without our prior written consent.  All contents are the under the rights of their respective owners.

13. User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, or other content, you grant YotaLED.com a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, and display such content for business, promotional, and marketing purposes.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for any express written warranty provided with a product, YotaLED.com disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not permit limitations on implied warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YotaLED.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the website or any product purchased from YotaLED.com.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost revenue
  • Vehicle downtime
  • Loss of vehicle use
  • Rental vehicle expenses
  • Towing charges
  • Labor or installation costs
  • Diagnostic expenses
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of data

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YotaLED.com's total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YotaLED.com and its owners, employees, affiliates, officers, directors, suppliers, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the website;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights; or
  • Your installation or use of products purchased from YotaLED.com.

17. Force Majeure

YotaLED.com shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, supplier shortages, transportation interruptions, government actions, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, utility failures, or other force majeure events.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through informal negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue any remedy available under applicable law in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and YotaLED.com regarding your use of the website and purchases made through it.

22. Changes to These Terms

YotaLED.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the website unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

23. Reseller Restrictions

Products purchased from YotaLED.com are intended for personal use or use by the purchasing business unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by YotaLED.com, customers may not:

  • Represent themselves as an authorized YotaLED.com dealer, distributor, or reseller.
  • Use YotaLED.com trademarks, logos, product images, marketing materials, or copyrighted content for commercial purposes.
  • Market or advertise products in a manner that suggests an affiliation with or endorsement by YotaLED.com.
  • Purchase products for resale in violation of any written reseller or dealer agreement with YotaLED.com.

YotaLED.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized commercial resale.

Nothing in these Terms grants any reseller, dealer, or distributor status. Authorized resellers are governed exclusively by separate written agreements with YotaLED.com, including any applicable Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.

24. Performance, Racing, and Off-Road Use Disclaimer

Certain products offered by YotaLED.com may be intended solely for off-road, racing, show, exhibition, or other non-public-road use.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to determine whether the purchase, installation, and use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and vehicle safety requirements.

YotaLED.com does not represent or warrant that any product is legal for use on public roads in every jurisdiction.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring legal compliance.
  • Proper installation.
  • Safe operation of their vehicle.
  • Obtaining any required inspections, certifications, or approvals.

Improper installation or use may affect vehicle safety systems, lighting performance, or regulatory compliance.

YotaLED.com shall not be responsible for citations, failed inspections, registration issues, fines, penalties, or damages arising from the installation or use of products where prohibited by law.

25. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be collected on orders where required by federal, state, or local law.

The amount of sales tax charged is determined based on applicable tax laws, the shipping destination, product classification, and any applicable exemptions at the time the order is processed.

Customers claiming a tax exemption must provide valid documentation acceptable to YotaLED.com before an order is processed. Failure to provide acceptable documentation may result in sales tax being collected as required by law.

Customers remain solely responsible for any use tax, import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other governmental charges not collected by YotaLED.com.

YotaLED.com reserves the right to correct tax calculation errors and collect or refund the appropriate amount as required by applicable law.
