At YotaLED.com, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, as well as the responsibilities of both YotaLED.com and our customers.
By placing an order with YotaLED.com, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.
Certain products, including special-order, custom-built, or backordered items, may require additional processing time. Estimated processing times are provided when available but are not guaranteed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
YotaLED.com ships using major domestic and international carriers, including but not limited to:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- DHL
- Other regional carriers, as applicable
Available shipping methods are displayed during checkout based on the destination, package size, and carrier availability.
3. Domestic United States Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates vary depending on:
- Package dimensions and weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping service
- Carrier availability
Estimated transit times begin after an order has been processed and shipped.
Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the shipping carrier. Some tracking depending on carrier may be delayed due to a variety of factors. We will always do our best to notify you but once the package is with the carrier, it's best to directly communicate with the carrier.
4. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and other U.S. territories may:
- Require additional processing time.
- Incur higher shipping charges.
- Have fewer shipping method options.
- Experience longer transit times than shipments within the contiguous United States.
Some oversized or hazardous products may not be eligible for shipment to these locations.
If additional shipping charges apply that were not accurately calculated during checkout, YotaLED.com will contact the customer before processing the order.
5. International Shipping
YotaLED.com ships to many countries worldwide. Availability varies by destination and applicable import regulations.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their country.
International shipments may be subject to:
- Customs inspections
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Brokerage fees
- VAT
- GST
- Other governmental charges
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
YotaLED.com has no control over customs clearance procedures or governmental fees.
International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing and local carrier operations.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
YotaLED.com is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost shipments resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses.
- Incomplete addresses.
- Undeliverable addresses.
- Refused deliveries.
If an order is returned due to an address error provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.
7. Shipping Confirmation
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
YotaLED.com is not responsible for delays in carrier tracking updates.
8. Delivery Delays
Delivery dates are estimates only.
YotaLED.com is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Labor disputes
- Government actions
- Transportation interruptions
- High shipping volumes
- Security events
No refunds will be issued solely because of carrier transit delays unless required by applicable law.
9. Lost Packages
If tracking indicates a shipment has been lost in transit, YotaLED.com will reasonably assist customers in filing claims with the shipping carrier.
Carrier investigations may require several business days or longer before a claim can be resolved.
Replacement shipments or refunds will be provided only after the carrier confirms that the shipment has been lost or as otherwise determined by YotaLED.com.
10. Delivered Packages
Once a carrier marks a shipment as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, responsibility for the shipment generally transfers to the customer, subject to applicable law.
Customers who believe a package has been stolen or misdelivered should:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- Notify local authorities if theft is suspected.
- Contact YotaLED.com so that we may assist where reasonably possible.
YotaLED.com cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages reported stolen after confirmed delivery.
11. Freight Shipments
Large or oversized products may be shipped via freight carrier.
Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt.
Visible shipping damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery paperwork before acceptance.
Failure to note visible freight damage may affect the ability to file a successful freight claim.
Concealed damage should be reported to YotaLED.com within seven (7) calendar days after delivery.
Customers should retain all packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.
12. Shipment Refusal
Customers who refuse delivery of an order that was correctly shipped may be responsible for:
- Original shipping charges.
- Return shipping charges.
- Carrier refusal fees.
- Applicable restocking fees.
13. Forwarding Services
YotaLED.com is not responsible for packages delivered to freight forwarders, package forwarding companies, mail forwarding services, or third-party logistics providers designated by the customer.
Once a shipment has been delivered to the forwarding service, YotaLED.com's responsibility for loss or damage ends.
Any claims for loss, damage, or missing items occurring after delivery to the forwarding service must be pursued with that service.
14. Partial Shipments
To expedite delivery, YotaLED.com reserves the right to ship orders in multiple shipments.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for partial shipments initiated by YotaLED.com unless otherwise disclosed prior to shipment.
15. Backorders
Occasionally, products may become temporarily unavailable after an order is placed.
If an item is backordered, YotaLED.com may:
- Hold the order until all items are available;
- Partially ship available items;
- Offer a substitute product;
- Cancel the unavailable item and issue a refund.
16. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to particular states, territories, or countries due to applicable laws, carrier restrictions, hazardous material regulations, or manufacturer limitations.
YotaLED.com reserves the right to refuse shipment of any product where prohibited by law or impractical due to shipping restrictions.
17. Risk of Loss
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier or upon delivery to the customer, as applicable under the shipping terms selected.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
